Introduction to EAC Certification

EAC certification is a mandatory certification for the Customs Union countries. The Customs Union is an economic group led by Russia, with member states including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.

Mandatory implementation of EAC certification began on February 15, 2013. On January 1, 2015, it was renamed the Eurasian Economic Union. Products that have obtained EAC certification can be directly imported and sold in any region of the five countries. Since EAC certification is composed of the letters E, A, and C, it is also referred to as EAC certification. In China, the naming of EAC certification is not uniform; terms such as Customs Union certification, Eurasian Union certification, CU-TR certification, CUTR certification, and TRCU certification all refer to the same certification under different names.

EAC certification, depending on the specific product category, can take the form of an EAC Certificate of Conformity (EAC COC) or an EAC Declaration of Conformity (EAC DOC).

二、EAC产品范围

海关联盟/欧亚联盟统一制定了强制性技术规范来管制产品的质量，技术法规管制内的产品必须强制性获得EAC认证（EAC合格证书/EAC符合性声明）才允许进入欧亚联盟区域销售和使用。目前海关联盟已经发布35部技术法规，欧亚联盟发布12部技术法规，合计47部技术法规，具体还在逐年增加，并且每年更新修订。具体法规如下：
