印度电器产品BIS认证详解

一、印度最新发布的BIS ISI认证电器产品清单

2024年9月20日，印度工业和国内贸易促进部在印度公报上发布了2024年家用、商用及类似用途电器安全(质量控制)令(QualityControl Order, QCO)，正式将家用、商用及类似用途电器列入印度BIS强制认证清单。

根据通知要求，该OCO适用于额定电压不超过250V单相交流电或415V三相交流电，且不属于印度标准局法颁发的任何其他质量控制命令范围的所有家用、商业或类似用途的电器。

实施日期

QCO将于2025年3月17日起正式生效，

四、适用豁免用途

强制认证产品不适用于印度境内生产供出口的货物或物品。

此外，电器制造商出于科研用途进口的前200件货物或物品可豁免印度BIS强制认证。

值得注意的是，此类进口货物或物品可作为废品处理，但不得用于商业用途，同时制造商应保存相关年度记录以便政府机构审查。
